तो दोस्तों इस पोस्ट मे हम bilkul logical बात करेंगे , सबसे पहले आपको बच्चे की रूचि देखनी चाहिए और बच्चे के साथ साथ माता पिता को भी पता होना चाहिए की जो भविष्य बच्चा चुनना चाहते है क्या उसमे वो perfect है , उसकी उसमे खुद की रूचि है या वो किसी को देख कर , या किसी से सुनकर ऐसा करना चाहता है , 

अगर बच्चे की खुद की पहले से रूचि है तो आप अपनी capability , और financial condition के अनुसार उसे वो course कराए। 

अब यहाँ पर हमने financial condition की बात क्यों की है , 

इसके पीछे एक बड़ा कारण है और वो ये है की अगर एक percent बच्चा कामयाब न हो पाया तो क्या वो उस course से खुद कुछ कर सकता है , उदहारण के लिए अगर बच्चे ने medical line से कुछ किया है तो वो उससे कम से कम अपना घर चला सकता है , लेकिन अगर बच्चे ने , student ने b tech की हुयी है और अगर किसी कारण से नौकरी नहीं लगती तो क्या वो उससे कुछ कर सकता है , 99 % लोग इसमें कुछ नहीं कर पाते जबकि medical line मे इससे उल्टा है की अगर कही अच्छी नौकरी नहीं मिलती तो वह अपना छोटा सा clinic , medical store खोल कर भी अपना काम चला सकते है , 

लेकिन अब आपके अंदर एक बात , एक सवाल और आया होगा की पढाई के लिए तो education loan मिलता है , हाँ आप बिलकुल ठीक है , लेकिन ये loan इतना आसानी से नहीं मिलता , यहाँ पर bank आपको चक्कर कटा के रख देंगे , और ये लोन sirf eduction के base पर नहीं मिलता , आप इसे lap loan भी कह सकते है , LAP loan यानि , loan against property , अब आपका इसका मतलब समझ गए होंगे की इस loan  को लेने के लिए आपके पास property होनी चाहिए , 

हमे याद है साल 2009 मे हमने MBA के लिए 250000 का लोन लिया था जिसके बदले बैंक ने father की उस वक्त की 50 लाख की जमीन , घर , tractor , और सब कुछ गिरवी रख लिया था , तो यह loan लेना इतना आसान नहीं है , 

हर माता पिता चाहते है की उसके बच्चे खूब पढ़े और खूब आगे निकले , 

लेकिन एक पिता जिसकी कुल property 20 - 25 लाख की है क्या उसे अपने बेटे को 2 करोड़ लगाकर MBBS करानी चाहिए , तो इसके लिए हमारा जवाब है नहीं , सबसे पहले आप उसे BAMS , BMS , आदि छोटे कोर्स करा सकते है , इसके बाद अगर आपका बच्चा capable है तो वो पैसे कमाकर खुद आगे बाद जाएगा , और रही बात BAMS की तो आपको बहुत सारे ऐसे CLINIC मिल जाएंगे तो BAMS की DEGREE पर ही खुले हुए है तो टेंशन , तनाव लेने की जरूरत नहीं है।  

तो ये बात तो हुयी आपकी FINANCIAL CONDITION के हिसाब से अब बात करते है की अगर आपके पास पैसा है तो आपको अपने बच्चो को कौन सा COUSRE कराना चाहिए , और किस COURSE को करके आपको लगभग काम मिल ही जाता है और अगर नहीं भी मिलता और अपने अच्छे से सीखा है तो आप अपने दम पर आगे आ सकते है और जितना मर्जी कमा सकते है ,

 पर आता है MEDICAL LINE , इसमें आपके पैसे तो बहुत लगते है लेकिन 99 % बच्चे कामयाब हो ही जाते है , इस लाइन में 1 लाख से लेकर 3 - 4 करोड़ तक के COURSE AVAILABLE है ,

SOFTWARE ENGINEER  / SOFTWARE DEVELOPER : ये दोनों COURSE एक दूसरे से जुड़े है और दुनिया से जुड़े है , अगर आपने अच्छे से सीखा है और आप EXPERT बन गए है तो बड़ी बड़ी कंपनी आपको करोड़ो देने के लिए तैयार बैठी है , बस आपको ध्यान रखना है की आप EXPERT होने चाहिए।

Blockchain developer / Block chain engineer : आने वाला समय मे ये technology बहुत ज्यादा इस्तेमाल होगी , अभी इसका कोई खास इस्तेमाल नहीं है लेकिन आने वाले समय मे ये technology बहुत ज्यादा इस्तेमाल होगी , हर जगह , कंपनी हो , बैंक हो , या आपका घर हो हर जगह ये technology चलेगी , तो इसे अगर आप अभी सिख लेते है तो आप करोड़ो रूपये महीने की कमाई भी कर सकते है और बहुत बड़ी बड़ी नौकरी भी पा सकते है।
